Gift certificates are available for any of our treatments or for a specific dollar amount.  

 

Please note, due to insurance provider regulations, you will be issued a Medical Receipt stating that the treatment was paid for by a Gift Certificate. Some insurance providers will not cover the treatment costs if paid by gift certificate. You can check with your insurance provider.
